[FMC] help accessing fmc list?

Louisa and any other FMC "digesters":

Firstly, I am delighted that you've subscribed to the list and I hope that
as it grows it will become more and more useful for you.  Secondly, I
greatly apologize that you have been having difficulty with the digest
version of this list.  I am perplexed as to how you could have gotten Vol.
4, Issue 12 without the posting it should have included (see below for the
posting that I've pasted in).  I have spent a good part of this past week
looking into some other issues with the digest version, including the rather
irritating fact that the housekeeping info about subscribing and
un-subscribing is at the top rather than the bottom of each issue.  It may
well be that, as we make some web site upgrades this summer, we transition
the list over to another, more user-friendly program.  In the meantime, I
appreciate your patience, and I have switched your particular setting to get
messages as they come in rather than in digest format, so that you should
not have problems seeing the message content from this point forward.  For
anyone else receiving the digest and having similar problems, you can sign
in (http://lists.easilyamusedinc.com/mailman/listinfo/fmc) and change the
setting yourself or simply let me know and I will be happy to make the
change for you.  Thanks again for your patience and I will keep everyone
posted if and when we transfer to a different listserv interface.

Here's an interesting news clip about how buying local may be cheaper in
today's economy. Not news to most of us, but it seems that the economic
upside to the individual consumer, rather than community economic or even
environmental benefits, is becoming more prevalent in the popular press
these days...
