[FMC] help accessing fmc list?

Hi -

As a FM manager here in San Jose, I am very excited to be able to tap into
the knowledge & experience of participants on this listserv.  However, I am
new at this, and can't figure out how to read the messages.  I received the
notice (see below) about the Digest, for example, but can't figure out how
to get to it, or how to read anything accompanying "Today's Topics".  Any
assistance would be appreciated.
