[FMC] Wine Sales at Farmers' Market

Hi David,

Colorado allows local wineries at the farmers' markets. I manage the
Longmont Farmers' Market and we have two CO vineyards. The Boulder Farmers'
Market has a vineyard and meadery.

I will research the legislation for you.
