[FMC] Conference Report on Farm Bill

For those of you following the Farm Bill process, the Conference Report was
released today, and can be read in its entirity at:

In it, the FMPP is funded at $3 M for 2008, $5 M each for 2009 and 2010, and
$10 M each for 2011 and 2012.  SFMNP funding increases from $15 annually to
$20.6 M annually each year 2008-2012. Now, the bill goes to the House and
Senate for passage, and then to the President, who has threatened to veto.
According to some DC sources, the Senate has the votes to override a
potential veto and the House is very close. Stay tuned!
