[FMC] Wine Sales at Farmers' Market

Wine sales are allowed in California, we have it at the Vista Farmers
Market in San Diego county.
The state Alcohol Beverage Control regulates it. In California we
have a fairly unique situation as each farmers market is certified by
the county to be a place where farmers sell what they grow (so the
definition is clear and easy). No sampling is allowed.
Farmers markets need to get way beyond fruits and vegetables, plants,
herbs, and flowers.

Hoping some of you can point me in the direction of states that allow
local wineries to sell at farmers' markets. So far I am aware of
California, Oregon, Washington, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York and
possibly New Hampshire and Virginia. I am also looking for copies of
the legislation or regulations that allow for this and what is
considered a "farmers market" as it applies to allowing wine sales.
Thanks!
