[FMC] Farmers Market Summit Proceedings now Available

Staff at USDA Agricultural Marketing Service have been hard at work since
November's first ever National Farmers Market Summit, and the final draft of
the Summit Proceedings Report is now available at their web site.

read about the 12 priorities identified by the 75 Summit participants,
as

comprehensive documentation of 1) the needs and gaps in assistance, 2)
potential future research and technical assistance initiatives, and 3)
guidance to policymakers on how best to allocate available resources.   It's
more than 80 pages of quality reading!
