Welcome Russ, Hello all —

I'm new too. I'm also a big fan of Russ's book. Borrowed it and liked  
his voice so much I bought it. (Everyone else should too.) I've read  
and written tons of teaching text (for the Joy of Cooking CIA's  
Professional Chef)  and Russ's book is a sharp cut above!
