In Kansas City you have to get a City animal permit and they have to be 20' away from food items. We do that, we have pony rides, we have baby calves on display, we sell chickens, whatever works.

Subject: [FMC] Petting Zoo at the Market?
Does anyone have experience/knowledge about LEGALITIES / RESTRICTIONS regarding having live animals at farmers' markets (as a family friendly featured activity/small petting zoo)?
Thank you in advance,
