FYI...
Slow Food USA is currently curating our delegation to Terra Madre (
www.terramadre2008.org), the world's largest gathering of small-scale,
sustainable food producers, cooks, educators and students. We are remarkably
impressed by the high quality of applicants we have received and their high
standards of food production. While the application period is closed, we are
still looking for producers from certain states.

If you or someone you know is a small-scale, sustainable food producer
(farmer, cheesemaker, rancher, shepherd, brewer, etc), dedicated to
producing Good, Clean and
Fair<http://www.slowfoodusa.org/about/good-clean-fair.html>food and
interested in connecting with producers, cooks, educators and
students from around the world AND are from the following states:
New Jersey
Connecticut
Kansas
Mississippi
North Dakota
South Dakota
West Virginia
Iowa
Colorado

Please contact Jerusha Klemperer, Terra Madre Coordinator, at
jerusha at slowfoodusa.org or 718-260-8159 (what's your extension?) as soon as
possible.

Thanks!
